Postage and Packaging

We will dispatch your order by 1st class post. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days. International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

In the unusual event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We are keen to create relationships with wholesale and resale customers, please contact us for prices on larger orders. Different poster sizes and finishes are also available on large orders.

Please note: The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs. We aim to keep these costs as low as possible.

Packaging:
Posters will be sent rolled up in a plastic tube within sturdy kraft tubes, on multiple orders the same tube can contain a maximum of
Mugs will be sent out in polystyrene boxes.
Mouse Mats will be sent out in bubble wrap envelopes.

Tax Charges

All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% - however orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. The Chemical Galaxy is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you are not sure.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from the Chemical Galaxy. You may return any items, within 30 days of the date of delivery and you will receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty please let us know whether you would like a replacement when you return it.

All returned goods must be received by us unused and in undamaged condition together with their original packaging. Where the items are not defective or wrongly delivered by us the items must be returned to us at your cost. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or order to help us deal with your return quickly.

We recommend that you use a delivery method that requires a signature as we cannot be responsible for loss of items in the post. You should expect to receive our refund within thirty days of sending your item back, however, normally you will receive a refund more quickly. You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Payment Options

Currency is in the pound sterling. If you decide that you would like to buy one of our products, you can choose from the following payment options:

Cheque: If paying by cheque, please make it out to the Chemical Galaxy.

Credit or Debit Card: you will be re-directed to the secure HSBC card processing facility.
We accept all major credit and U.K. debit cards, however we cannot accept American Express cards for the time being.

Paypal: a safe and easy way to make online payments.

Security: We do not personally handle any of your details, this is done either by the HSBC secure website or by Paypal.
All your details will be encrypted and thus stay totally safe.
